The South of Scotland Strokeplay Championship was played at Powfoot Golf Club on Sunday 20th August. The course was in superb condition with very fast greens and strong winds making for a tough day on the links.
Clark Riddick (Southerness) came out on top with rounds of 71 and 73 for a 144 total that was good enough for a 2 shot win over Mitchell Cowie (Dumfries & County) who had two rounds of 73.
Andrew Kerr (Southerness) and Iain Rae (Dalbeattie) were tied for 3rd on 147.
