Scottish Golf and the other Home Unions are offering Golfers and Golf Clubs the opportunity to provide them with their views on the Congu Unified Handicapping System.
Feedback from the surveys will be analysed and presented to the Congu Board for consideration of any changes and/or developments in the next edition of the UHS Congu Manual.
